Notes on some changes from 12.0 to 12.1

• WebSocket
  • WebSocket @OnWebSocketMessage and @OnWebSocketFrame can no longer be used on the same WebSocket endpoint, otherwise it will throw InvalidWebSocketException.
  • @OnWebSocketPing and @OnWebSocketPong annotations were introduced in the Jetty WebSocket API.
  • Async close API added to Jetty WebSocket API void onWebSocketClose(int statusCode, String reason, Callback callback).
  • New websocket-core API to do individual message and frame write timeouts per call to CoreSession.sendFrame.
  • WebSocket ClientUpgradeRequest can now explicitly set an HttpVersion for the upgrade.
  • Aligned EE11 Jakarta WebSocket behaviors with the TCP expectations.
• General
  • New EthereumAuthenticator is available to enable authentication using an Ethereum wallet.
  • If you were deploying files with core-deploy you must now place your static files in a different directory.
