Publish the solution in Google Cloud Marketplace

There are still some final testing and apparently some things that need to be done on the Google
side, but we are close to be able to publish the solution in GCM.

The presentation in the Marketplace can be previewed on the draft app page

Update (mael): the draft was accepted by Google. The app is published in "private" mode on the official app page.

The publishing progress is made of two steps:

1. First, we click the "Publish solution for review" on the solution admin page. Google reviews it manually:

   After you submit your solution, the Google Cloud Marketplace team performs automated testing and reviews your solution. Automated testing includes security scanning, functional testing, and metering integration testing. Your app is manually reviewed when you first submit it. The team reviews your solution's end-to-end customer experience, including marketing materials, deployment flow, security, and user guide.

2. After being approved, the solution is "private" (unlisted). We can then still improve the UI documentation at this stage.
3. Finally, whenever we are ready, we can make the solution public.

What is stopping us from pressing "Submit for review"?

Update: the app was accepted on Sat 6 March 2021! It is now visible by anyone that has access to the jetstack-public GCM project on the official app page. If you select the jetstack-dev project on the UI, you will be able to click the "Configure" button:

We seem to be ready to release publicly. This morning, I decided to proceed and untoggle the "Hide solution from end users" checkbox:

Google needs to approve the solution (again!). I re-submitted the application for review at 11:00 UTC on 23 March 2021.

The Google Cloud Marketplace app Jetstack Secure for cert-manager just went live! 🎉

Took some time to get there but it is finally public!

I'll ask as many Jetstackers as possible to try it out. https://github.com/jetstack/platform-board/issues/338 needs to be completed first so that people at jetstack can try it out (the "Purchase app" requires the billing admin privilege). I pinged Zee about this.
