suggestion: Link cross-issue references in a side panel

Sometimes, when discussion is too long, it might happen that a link to a more active duplicate issue or another resource is burried and overlooked. Listing all cross-issue references in a side panel would help at orienting within complex issues.

• List all cross-issue references in a side panel like StackOverflow does
• Provide an anchor link to quickly navigate to the mention in the discussion similar to wiki quotes
• As a bonus, links to other github resources, such as repositories/gists and code could also be listed in another separate section in the side panel.

Providing a sidebar for cross Issue references is a very interesting idea. I'll pass your request onto the team to consider.
I can't promise if or when it will be implemented, but your suggestion is definitely in the right hands!
