Summary

update shard dependencies to versions compatible with Crystal 1.11
replace deprecated redis client
inline ScopedId helper and remove shard
adjust models for new Avram API
update caching and git handler to use new Redis client

Testing

shards update
crystal spec (fails: undefined constant IndexPage)
