content: legacy syntax for ion-input still in documentation v8

Describe the Bug

Legacy syntax for ion-input was removed refactor(input): remove legacy property and support for legacy syntax #29017)

But the documentation still states you can use it in v8.

Expected Behavior

Remove the paragraph and change the text

1. Go to documentation
2. search for legacy syntax
