Diffusers is due for an update soon. #3512
Opening up a PR now with the required changes for when the new version is live.
I've tested it out on Windows and nothing has broken from what I could tell. I'd like someone to run some tests on Linux / Mac just to make sure. Refer to the PR above on how to test it or install the release branch.
Feel free to push any other changes to this PR you see fit.
