This removes modules that appear to be no longer used by any code under the
invokeaipackage now that theckpt_generatoris gone.There are a few small changes in here to code that was referencing code in a conditional branch for ckpt, or to swap out a ⚡ function for a 🤗 one, but only as much was strictly necessary to get things to run. We'll follow with more clean-up to get lingering
