[bug]: model category separator is too subtle

What happened

In the model selector, models are sorted by base model type, which is fine and good as that has a lot to do with the capabilities and qualities of the model.

But the separator is way too understated:

What you expected to happen

Clearer indication of when I have scrolled to a different model category.

Additional context

A few possible UI options:

• change foreground or background color
• add some border
• make that model-type header sticky so it's always visible even when you're in the middle of the list
• submenus
