Extends test to cover all explicit device code split modes, and adds a test for implicit device code splitting.

Implicit device code split was already supported after #16316, we just lacked inspiration how to test it properly. The more canonical use-case for it, i.e. having a kernel using optional device features that are available on some but not all device in the context, seems impractical to test in the CI setting.
