Fun fact: I had originally planned for this provisional feature to also allow stringification of undefined, with the reasoning that "hey, compile-time lists may feature undefined, and it's a pain to try to convert undefined into strings before applying stringify!" Then I remembered I still haven't returned to try and get #80 merged.
