Where to change port setting?

I've got the same problem.
On Ubuntu:
listen EACCES: permission denied 0.0.0.0:80

Changing port in file ~/.vscode/extensions/ihuke.devserver-0.0.4/server/config.js and restarting code did work for me.

On ubuntu 20. In the VSCode terminal:

code ~/.vscode/extensions/ihuke.devserver-0.0.4/server/config.js

Then change the port into 8080 (for example) and save the file. And restart VS Code. It works for me.
