MQ Image creations is failing for RHEL - Proxy Setup

Hi Team,

I am facing below issue when building MQ image on RHEL system, Can you please help ?

We recommend that you do not use the master branch, as it represents in-development code which is subject to change at any time. There are branches for older releases of MQ. Also note that MQ regularly gets new features to enable improvements in container environments, which you won't get if you stick with older versions of MQ. The latest code (in master) is always written for the latest version of MQ.

However, if you really want to use the latest, in development code, then If you are behind a proxy, then I think you will need to set the HTTP_PROXY environment variable. You will also need to pass this through to the build container — the easiest way to do that is probably to edit the Dockerfile used for the build process.

Adding HTTP_PROXY environment variable doesn't help, so pointed all script and docker file to internal images which resolved this issue.
