Windows: NSIS Install/Uninstall and running hyperiond #933

- I confirm that this is an issue rather than a question.
Bug report
If you install or uninstall Hyperion while it's running it fails silent as Windows lock the files. So it is never really removed or updated
Steps to reproduce
- Install Hyperion -> Run -> Installer newer Version of Hyperion
- Or run Hyperion and uninstall
What is expected?
Clean update/remove
What is actually happening?
Files are still installed
Possible solutions
- Show a message that is repeated until the user killed Hyperion
- Force exit Hyperion without notification KillProc_plug-in
