K-LMS scheduler for in-paint

The K-LMS scheduler currently doesn't work for Stable Diffusion In-painting.

It would be nice to make it work as also asked for in #329

There seem to be a couple of issues currently with in-paintinig -> @patil-suraj @anton-l could you take a look here on Monday?
