Linking to relevant existing lessons

I have come across a few lessons that we probably should be tracking somehow:

In general this tells me that we need a good way to integrate lessons that are housed elsewhere into the HPC Carpentry website. We have this capability but it requires some communication with the repo owners to add the necessary tags and topics to their repos for it to show up.
