Valid address not being recognised

Attempting to send to a multisig wallet, I scan the address via QR code or copy/paste it yet Hive states
Uh oh! Please enter a valid address to send to. I have checked for spaces in the address and there are none.

I thought we had fixed that but perhaps not. We won't be doing any updates for a while, so I recommend sending to another wallet and sending from there (apologies for the loss in fees)

No worries on the loss, so you're suggesting not to use hive wallet at all? Or create a new hive wallet and that should work?

Truthfully I would recommend not using it at all at the moment. iOS pretty desperately needs updates on a lot of fronts. We're working on it, but it's slow going. Breadwallet meanwhile, is excellent and well supported.

Ouch, how about the web wallet (which I also cannot use on Chrome or Safari, just Firefox)? Do you recommend using Hive at all at present?

The Web version is in a bit of a better state, but they all need serious overhaul. There are better wallets out there. Hopefully this time next year I will say something else.
