I propose to split project management into 2 entities: project manager and devcontainer manager. I want to isolate the latter to later refactor it using Docker SDK. I also added an in-memory store for running containers. And I also found a way to optimize routing and implement dependency injection for future testing.
The tests are currently broken but I will fix them.
