What is `mount_dir`?

I don't see this option on the Heroku app.json schema reference. Is it undocumented? Just curious!

it's part of the experimental local docker support, which may now be moot anyway, since the experimental docker plugin has also changed and probably (haven't tested yet) doesn't support this anymore.
