Update marmalade

http://marmalade-repo.org/packages/haskell-mode is quite a bit behind the code here on GitHub. It would be nice if marmalade was updated to something more recent, it is IMHO the most convenient way of installing haskell-mode.

I actually fine using Melpa packages nicer, as they regularly make snapshots from GitHub.

This is actually what I do not want: Unstable snapshots. Regarding tooling I am conservative, because time has taught me that it's much more productive to let other people suffer for you. ;-) More seriously: Marmalade is supposed to have the stable releases, and it would be nice if there were more recent ones.

I hope to finally upload the 13.10 release later today (fwiw, there never was a 13.8 release even though it's mentioned in the changelog by mistake)

I'd suggest promoting the use of MELPA Stable over Marmalade.

MELPA has 20150120.1233 as current version at the time of this writing. Is this automatic?
I tried to find out about marmelade but failed to find out what is going on.

It's automatic - MELPA builds the package from the master after each commit. MELPA Stable builds the package from the newest tag. Packages on Marmalade are updated manually.
