Feature: Restrict who can log in via Google OAuth via email domain

As far as I can tell there is currently no way to restrict who can log in via Google OAuth to your CodiMD instance.

I'm thinking of something like the --email-domain= setting from the oauth2_proxy.

Actually, this might not be necessary, since once in the Google "APIs & Services" console you can go to "Credentials", select the "Oauth consent screen" tab, and then click "Internal - Only users with a Google Account in your organization can grant access to the scopes requested by this app.".
