Can't combine line wrap and line numbers, and it yet it has funny side effects

When I combine a code fence with ! and = it only respects the one which comes last, which makes some sense, I guess.
But if I use != it starts applying some form of syntax highlighting, though I can't say for what language.

@ttheuer So there is a technical issue beneath this.
We could only apply line wrap OR line numbers, because the current layout couldn't handle wrap line numbers gutter position.
