The XAIO is too far in, you won't be able to plug in your usb cable. The little rectangle on the side is the usb port, it should be hanging off the edge slightly. Other than that it looks goodhttps://github.com/hackclub/hackpad/pull/183

From what I can see, your switch on the rotary encoder is wired incorrectly - instead of one connection to ROW0 and one to ROW1, one of the switch pins should be wired to COL3 and one to ROW0 so it's wired like all the other switches.

For the XIAO being too far in, the problem mainly is that your PCB extends too much - the port on the footprint should hang over the PCB edge in Kicad slightly, so the port is not entirely over the PCB but instead extends forward over the edge a bit.
