how to generate parameter for input into segwitAddress -p?

in the Synopsis, the xprv (m) and xpub ($m/N) are created, but in the segwitAddress step the input parameter is hard-coded to "0279be667ef9dcbbac55a06295ce870b07029bfcdb2dce28d959f2815b16f81798"

How does one derive that input parameter?

It's the public point. I haven't decided yet on a convenient procedure to turn an extended key into a bitcoin address. Right now you have to copy paste the public point for instance from the output of bip32 -p
