Proposal - Migrating the website to Gatsby/Next.js

On the recent week I've cloned the website and ran it locally.

I think it can be cool to migrate the custom scripts we have today into a ready framework like Gatsby/Next.js.

Might also make it easier for the community to contribute to the graphql.org website

Big +1 from me on this! Adding context from a chat earlier today between @Urigo, @Ekwuno, @IvanGoncharov, and myself, the initial idea is to temporarily freeze content, then migrate the platform only, then unfreeze content (hopefully in time for Google Season of Docs to kick off).

Big thank you to @Urigo for volunteering to lead this, and to @Ekwuno for getting involved on Gatsby's side. I'll also note that @IvanGoncharov raised a point during the call that this could be a strong beginning for having a doc site template which other GraphQL initiatives could use.

It would be awesome to great your help.
I believe we should start with the simplest, clearest task - an exact clone of the current website, just with Gatsby instead of custom scripts.
All the rest of the improvements could be done later on and would be easier once we've migrated to Gatsby
