On the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages, should we add a link to StackOverflow? #562

I realize we have one in the sidebar, but people coming to these pages (I'm assuming) are confused and possibly frustrated.

Should we consider recommending that they ask their question either via this issue tracker, or via StackOverflow?

Maybe with big buttons? Saying "Still need help? Try these:" (insert big buttons with the friendly logos here)
