swift-button-functional-test job failing due to timing existence #496

GSI's swift-button-functional-test job is failing.
Context: Recently merged in PR #471 and noticed we have SwiftUI integration tests failing again. I checked to see if the tests were already failing before the merge and confirm they were. The goal here is to fix the integration test such that the flow is accurately represented in GSI's integration tests.
The exception is thrown in various areas, such as here when attempting to tap on "return" button. Running through the flow manually I did not see any obvious changes made as the "return" button is still present on the keyboard. Due to the flakiness of this test, this is probably due to a timing issue.
