Been running into this issue for a while now and thought it's just been down the past week. Had to use ctrl+shift+r everytime I want to reload the page cause ctrl+r doesn't work. Network caching is disabled via DevTools.

Works with Firefox - but not with Brave. Current workaround is to use either firefox or incognito.

• Firefox 137 (normal + incognito)
• Firefox Dev Edition 138.0b2 (normal + incognito)
