Your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To parse output in the test tab, team city requires a bit annotation similar to what is done via GitHub printer.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Add a new printer, which will natively spit out the required format.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Workaround is to unmarshal JSON report data and rewrite the output and there is also a tool maintenance for this script.

Additional context.

Happy to provide the implementation.
