cmd/gofmt: two dimensional slice/array formatting

In my opinion the code should be formatted in a way how it looks like
before formatting i.e. columns aligned to comma.

Interesting. I reckon formatting by aligning 'equals' is out of scope as well... Example:
myvariable = something
myvar = something else
instead of:
myvariables = something
myvar = something else
that's be awesome
