This adds and documents the MSGV(Minimum Supported Go Version) package details originally being discussed here.
Along with the documentation changes the MSGV was bumped to Go 1.20 to address a security issue and updating to the latest version of
github.com/gabriel-vasile/mimetypewhich increased their MSGV to v1.20 while addressing the same fix.While here re-ran and updated the benchmarks section for never version of Go.
