Could (should) someone change the title of this ticket, please? The "Call Hierarchy" command/feature is not what is discussed in this ticket and it is confusing when trying to find ticket for the real "Call Hierarchy" command (that I cannot get to work for Go, but, as I said, that is a different issue). Same goes for the duplicate #2616 which is also not about the "Call Hierarchy" command, I believe.
