Automatically create a Go SDK if it's detected in the common installation paths #1829
Description
Currently the plugin is able to suggest a few locations for where a Go SDK installation can be found.
As per request from #1763 (comment) it would be nice the user wouldn't need to trouble with creating the Go SDK manually but have it already created by the plugin.
