There is no such API. A related API is https://docs.gitea.com/api/1.24/#tag/repository/operation/repoGetContents

No at the moment.

Why do we need this: For better performance.

To implement it, either:

1. Follow GitLab/GitHub API and design a new one in Gitea
2. Add a parameter like "skip_content" to existing "get content" API
