fetch/update remote branches

in the branches popup I expect to be able to fetch all branches

• receiving remote branches that got created
• pruning branches that got removed (prune local branches if remote branch got removed #453)
• updating head commits

this requires something in upstream: rust-lang/git2-rs#772
