SSL Cert warning on new Jetbrains workspaces

Bug description

For the past week or so when you launch a new workspace you get an SSL cert warning if using IntelliJ

Steps to reproduce

Open a new workspace in intellij

Workspace affected

No response

Expected behavior

Don't give me a security warning, its not great.

Ooooh, I looked again, my bad, its an SSH certificate check for the new process, its just weird gettting it in a popup graphical form, as it wasn't there before..

No problem. Although if you don't answer quickly you end up with multiples.

There's actually 6 there but I can't move them all out of the way :)
