Update server-ide-configmap in installer

The server-ide-configmap helm template has been changed recently with these PRs:

• [server] Add and use supervisor image config #6669
• [ide] Add JetBrains IDE images #6367
• [ide] Add VS Code desktop IDE options #6671

These changes need to be added to the installer as well.

We haven't really introduced the installer to the teams yet, but it would probably make sense to update that part accordingly.
