Add confirmation modal when deleting projects

Back in #4970, we added the ability to delete projects. However, when you try to delete a project there's no confirmation for this action.

Hi @iQQBot! The text proposal linked in the issue description should suffice as this would also re-use the shared confirmation modal dialog, right?
