Unify timeouts for free + paid users (30m vs 60m timeout)

Currently free users have a workspace inactivity timeout of 30m, whereas paid are 60m. Soon users will be able to flexibly configure this setting, this issue is to re-consider having different default timeouts for the different plans, to avoid complexity.
