Description
When I have set VS Code desktop as my default IDE under Settings > Preferences and then open a shared workspace URL I see a browser popup asking me to Open in VS Code and a green button 'Open in VS Code Desktop'. At this time however shared workspaces cannot be opened in VS Code desktop thus making this popup and button confusing or mis-leading.
I believe we could check to see what the customers default IDE is set to and if it's set to VS Code desktop don't display the browser popup and hide the button or replace it with some verbiage that lets the user know shared workspaces cannot be opened in VS Code desktop at this time.
