Admin dashboard pagination is broken

• Search for "gitpod"
• Click on page 3 at the bottom - expect to see last page with the "Gitpod" team at the end - but nothing happens
• Click on page 1 - last page appears with "Gitpod" team at the end

This pagination issue appears to afftect other lists also e.g. users

• Search for "@gitpod.io"
• Click on page 2 at the bottom - notice that the spinner at the top spins for a bit, then stops, and nothing happens to the page contents.
• Click on page 1 at the bottom - 2nd page appear after a while.
