[dashboard] Workspace list: toggle between "inactive" and "active" at the top

I checked this page - https://www.gitpod.io/docs/life-of-workspace#garbage-collection
It says To know exactly how long your past workspaces will be kept, a message is displayed at the top of the workspaces list in your dashboard.
I don't see such message, I only see next to each workspace when it was last used
I found at the bottom of workspaces page "Inactive Workspaces", and found the workspace I was looking for
I think it would be more intuitive, if it was similar to Github UI, when searching for Issues or PR, and you see right on top of the list, that you can choose "open" or "close".
I wish workspaces list had a similar feature, where the inactive would be a toggle on top
