Allow User Search Field in Admin UI To Have Larger Width on High Resolution Devices

When I am searching for a user within the Gitpod admin UI the input field is quite small, there's a lot of white space to the right which we can use to increase the width of the field for devices with higher resolutions.

On an iPad (Air 5th gen) for example, the width seems to be appropriate.

Increasing the size of the field when on a device with a higher resolution would allow for seeing the full email address of the user you're searching for to be seen all at once. Quality of life improvement if you may.

Describe the behaviour you'd like

Update the necessary CSS for the affected input field so it's longer on higher resolution devices.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just live with it the way it is.

Thanks, @jimmybrancaccio! Although a fixed width search input could be preferred for multiple reasons, I can see how this could be helpful.

FWIW, @tnir tried to increase the width of the search input in #8813. Maybe we could pick up this community contribution.

Looping @geropl and @jldec in case this is something we'd like to prioritize.

I'm also marking this as a good first issue.
