Gitpod Workspace creation is very slow

Objective

I’ve tried to get started with Gitpod but it’s been like 10 minutes and my workspace hasn’t been created yet. We decide to move the team to Gitpod Unleashed. Is Gitpod Unleashed workspace is faster and created faster than the free one?
