Resizable commit message size in commit details

### Description

Currently, the size designated to show the commit message in Inspect: Commit Details seems to be fixed. This is cumbersome for long commit messages.

Would be great if one could resize this panel, or drag the Files Changed tab downwards to increase the commit message size.
