LocalAI - an alternative interface/ui for locally hosted models

known issues:

mac binary is 'broken' - since apple gets mad at you when you dont sign your apps, move the binary to the 'Applications' folder and run this in your shell: xattr -cr /Applications/Local\ AI\ Chat.app
