I had to remove Force: true here due to go-git/go-git#158, but it shouldn't matter anyway because the refspecs we are using are already forces.

This handles some cases where branches need to be pruned when pushing.
go-gitdoes have a built-in option for this, but it seems to prune a lot more than it actually should, so instead I've implemented the pruning manually.Closes #4.
