Why is convert-lora-to-ggml.py removed?

Maybe someone asked about this question already, but i searched and found no answer regarding to why convert-lora-to-ggml is removed. And what is the recommanded way to merge lora to a based model now?
I found very little guide on the latest updated way of doing this.
