[Request] Better mentoring instructions for easy tagged issues? #2723

Even just short and concise instructions along the lines of this ---> rust-lang/rust#59458 (comment)
It just saves a lot time like I was able to see that issue and make a PR within an hour, looking through a lot of the easy issues in gfx it's hard to tell where to even start.
As of right now there's 57 easy tagged issues in the backlog so not really expecting anyone to go back through them all but even just for new ones it'd be great 😄
