Bring back experimental support for Session Replay on Android

This was originally done in:

• Session Replay: Recording on Android #3552

We rolled it back because of:

• Session Replay- Android - DSN is required. crash on launch when a valid DSN is specified #3755

We now have a solution to that issue in:

• Detect Sentry Java SDK dependencies during build #4079

We can use a similar approach to reference the sentry-android-replay artefact directly from Maven.
