Local start

Hello,
whenever I want to start the server with the command
go run cmd/main.go
I get the following error message:

My System is Windows 10, GO-Version ist 1.23.0

I started as normal User and with admin privilegs. The same every time.

Can anybody help me?

thank you very much for your answer. I done it but I became the same message. I don't know why it will not work. Do you have another idea?

Maybe install a newer version of Go? The latest version is 1.23.4 from what I can see. If this doesnt work try to install WSL on your Windows machine and install it there.

I had a look in the files and I think the problem is that it was written with Go 1.19. I will install that version and update you.

Unfortunately no luck with go 1.19 either.

@snowlord78 Okay, I have an update.

I managed to get it working, but I have some issues with the gradient. So in order to run the program you should first make an environmental variable on your system.

If you use Linux, open a terminal and type:

export FUNCTION_TARGET=Progress

and then:

go run cmd/main.go

If you use Windows, open the PowerShell and type:

$env:FUNCTION_TARGET="Progress"

and then:

go run cmd/main.go

Try it and let me know how it goes.
